The Heart of Our Practice

Deeply rooted in the Sierra Foothills, Good Karma Yoga Studio began from a desire to create a sanctuary where teachers and students can come together to support one another and enjoy yoga and movement. Our journey started in the original studio created by Christa Rypins, where a group of teachers found the desire to keep yoga alive and growing in our community. When Intelligent Body studio closed, Dana Oneto took the leap and opened Good Karma Yoga Studio in an old rustic building near Main street. The sweet old rustic space fostered a loving and dedicated community. After 6 years we were ready to move into a more modern and spacious studio, the old Murphys Nursery, a beautiful, light, and welcoming space! Dana is deeply committed to keeping yoga available to everyone in our community, and has kept the studio alive and growing since 2019!

Today, we continue to foster a space where shared energy and supportive community drive individual growth and collective well-being.

My hope is to inspire my students to explore their edge while maintaining an awareness of what their body needs, and to create space for themselves, in body and in mind. With a focus on structural alignment and breath, Holly brings a grounded presence to every vinyasa flow.

What I discover on the mat transfers immeasurably into my life off of the mat. For me, this mindful practice clears the clutter, paves a divine path inward, and deepens my resolve that because all things are connected, all things are possible.

SIERRA FOOTHILLS • LOCAL ROOTS • COMMUNITY DRIVEN • COLLECTIVE WELLNESS
