4:30 PM – Sculpt & Tone with Dana Oneto
Build strength, boost endurance, and energize your practice in this dynamic fusion of yoga and functional fitness. Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga poses with light weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals to create a full-body workout that challenges both mind and body. This class will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and refreshed.
All levels welcome, especially beginners!

9:00 AM – Core & Restore with Dana Oneto
Hit reset midweek with a blend of core‑strengthening and deep rest. Dana guides you through steady poses to support your back and core, then a soothing restorative sequence for recovery and relaxation. Perfect for anyone wanting to feel stronger and more relaxed—no experience needed.
10:30 AM – Drop-In Meditation with Dana Nichols
Join Dana Nichols for silent meditation, inspiration, and open discussion as we build a mindful community in the heart of Calaveras County. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Pay by donation (any amount appreciated) with cash, check, or directly to the instructor.

9:00 AM – Friday Flow with Renee Andersen
Release, revive, and renew in this balanced slow‑flow practice. Move through a mix of energizing and replenishing poses with intentional breath, strengthening and lengthening as you go. All levels are welcome to come glow with the flow.
Saturday
9:00 AM – Simply Bliss with Dana Oneto
Enjoy a high‑energy flow with fun music, core‑focused sequences, and poses that build strength, stamina, and confidence. Expect clear alignment cues and a strong body‑mind connection. All levels welcome.
